Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi Hotel, Istanbul

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and overlooked cute neighboring houses, but the tiny size was a letdown. The service was professional and helpful overall, but one staff member named Levent Altan showed rude behavior. The location was convenient, right across a shopping mall, but the lobby setup was not to my liking. The dining was very good, especially the honey, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious with a large King-sized bed and decent views of the city, but the wait for a baby cot was quite long. The service, while helpful in suggesting navigation around the area, felt a bit unfriendly at times. The location, though not ideal for leisure guests, is convenient for business and medical purposes. The dining experience, while tasty with a good variety, lacked certain typical fruits and options like porridge. Overall, my stay had its pros and cons that made for an average experience.

The room had a great view over Istanbul, and the blackout curtains made for an excellent sleep environment. However, noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable. The room was well-equipped with slippers, bath supplies, a flat iron, and a hairdryer.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, friendly and professional service, and a convenient location near shopping centers, though cleanliness issues were noted. The dining experience was good but standard. Overall, a decent choice with room for improvement.
